Guided tours on offer this summer include:
- KVR little tunnel heritage tours, learn about how the KVR was built, stories from the men who put 1000's of man hours into it's construction and a history of the rail
- Rock Ovens eco-tour, offering an understanding of the cultural background of the area, it's sensitive eco-system and it's geology, flora and fauna
- Carmi, Ellis Creek Canyon loop, learn about the historic Carmi fires, enjoy breath taking views of the valley and lunch at the Lost Moose Lodge
- Giants Head hike and yoga
- Cathedral Lakes - 2 or 3 night tours (camping and lodging available, shuttle optional)

Lead instructor Lyndie Hill has years of experience in the outdoors both at work and at play.
- Over 100 days of overseas multi-day excursions (New Zealand, Australia, Europe, South East Asia)
- 4 years leading groups (age 14 to adult) on multi day hiking trips through the New Zealand bush, teaching “bush craft”
- 3 years of lead guiding, teaching and facilitating the Duke of Edinburgh Youth Leadership, outdoor training program
- Born and raised in Penticton, she spent her first 18 years exploring the Canadian Wilderness with her family, after training and guiding overseas Lyndie has returned and dedicated the last 3 years to her local guiding experience
- Specializes in; Risk Management, preparation for multi-day trips leading groups, types and care of equipment, bush survival, shelter building, navigation, compass and map usage, UHF radio usage, leadership, first aid, plant identification, camp cooking and nutrition, environmental care code, organizing multi-day “bush survival” kids camps
Other Guides and Facilitators
- Will carry a minimum of a ACMG Day Hikers or Backpackers qualification and a 90 hour Wilderness First Aid certification
- Specialists may be brought in to discuss specific topics
