July:22 August: 5 | This beginners guided kayaking trip is brought to you by Hoodoo's and the Peach City Runners and Adventure Sports. Learn the Basics – In this easy lesson, we explain the kayaks, gear and how everything works. We get on the water and learn proper paddling strokes to make the kayaks go forward, turn and stop, then enjoy a short paddle to test out your new skills. Qualified and experienced instructors combined with excellent instructor to client ratios will enable the course to be tailored to your needs. This course is a great investment for your sea kayaking future.

Contact us for more information or book now! | The Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre is in partnership with Hoodoo Adventures in producing a new culturally oriented Adventures Dynamics program. In 2011, the Cultural Centre will be offering “A spectacular new First Nations Cultural Tourism Experience.” The tour begins with a 20 minute hike through the desert where your interpretor will educate you on the cultural and ecological stories of the land, leading you up to our rappel site where you will descend down a 65-foot cliff face. Club Info | Running Annually | Hoodoo Adventures is starting 4 clubs for like-minded individuals who want to meet new people and get involved in more outdoor activities. These clubs are ideal for people who have neither the time to organize outtings nor the money for the costly start up gear... See our club page for more info. Club membership will have an annual fee which will give you access to all club nights (marked here on our calendar) you will also have the opportunity to join on to any of our guided trips at a discounted club rate when seats are available. Club events will include such outdoor activities as kayaking, rappelling, ATV tours, rock climbing, multi-day trips, winery tours, bike tours, hiking, yoga workshops and more.
