Hoodoo Adventures has developed different School Development Programs with themes suited to each age group. These programs have been trialed and refined to assure a positive and fun learning experience for both the students and their teachers. 

	These events:  Are true, facilitated group and personal development events proven to challenge, motivate and energize students.  A mixture of physical and non-physical team initiative and problem solving exercises are tailored to each school and desired outcomes of its teachers and put into a theme to provide continuity.    Utilize the strengths within the team to reach common objectives.  The emphasis of our facilitation is determined after consultation with the teachers and the school. Inevitably both students and teachers will gain from their experience and the outcomes will be transferable back into the classroom for the year to come.
Our Leadership workshops: Teach senior students how to facilitate learning in the outdoors Students will have the opportunity to create and run outdoor programs of their own Instructors will teach invaluable skills useful for both the work force and interpersonal relationships in their future Outdoor Leadership Programs are the perfect arena for practising these skills.
