Gift cards purchased online: May be redeemed online, or you may contact us to redeem them.

Both digital and physical gift cards are available for purchase.
In-store gift card purchases: In store gift card purchases will be provided with a physical gift card. These gift cards are not redeemable for online purchases – the gift card holder must contact us directly to redeem.
Online (digital) gift card purchases: Online gift card purchases will be provided with a digital gift card which will be emailed to the recipient. Digital gift cards may be redeemed online.
Purchased gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift cards sold as part of a promotion, or which are donated / gifted are subject to a 2-year expiration date. Purchased gift cards may be used, dollar for dollar, on any of our products or services. Promotional gift cards and gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Promotional gift cards and gift certificates are subject to a 1-year expiration date and their use may be limited to specific items. Promotions may not be used on youth programs, bike rentals, events, and merchandise, unless otherwise stated. Additional restrictions may be outlined on the gift certificate.
Gift certificates and gift cards are transferable. The value outlined on an itemized gift certificate may be used towards a product other than what the gift certificate is for (ie: you can use your gift certificate for a velo vino towards a kayak wine & picnic), unless otherwise stated. Hoodoo Adventures does redeem lost gift certificates/cards. Please take care not to lose your gift certificate/card. We require the code in order to redeem them.
